School Introduction Apex Language and Career College has helped students from across the globe achieve success in learning English as a second Language since 2000. ALCC is accredited by Languages Canada, which reflects a high level of quality in the areas of student services, teaching staff, curriculum, marketing, promotion, administration and student admissions. ALCC is located on Spring Garden Road, in the heart of the exclusive business and shopping area of downtown Halifax.
ESL Program Introduction
We currently run a five-level English for Academic Purposes Program as well as a University Bridging Program. The purpose of this intensive five-level program is to prepare international students for university entrance in a timely and thorough manner.
The purpose of the UBP is to give students a taste of the real university learning experience, in a supportive environment, with a reduced course load. In addition, we provide general ESL programs, TOEFL preparation programs, a Business English Certificate program and are also able to design individualized programs.
