Anglo Schools International Services Ltd (ASIS) is an educational

Our team of highly experienced educationalists was established in 2013
by David Boddy, former Headmaster and Chairman of the UK Society of
Heads. We are passionate about British-style education, with its
holistic approach and our aim is to make this available to students
wherever they come from. We work overseas (principally in India and the
Middle East) both to establish international schools and to help improve

City Centres of the UK.
Distance-counselling using video conferencing facilities is possible
after an initial one-to-one meeting. To access our services in this way
will require the availability of good internet connectivity.
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT
Project Management:
ASIS secures international opportunities for British schools to develop
abroad. We project manage initiatives from the finding of local
partners, establishing legal agreements, securing land to build on,
providing architectural plans, establishing the educational narrative
and securing finance in order to make the project a reality.
Financing:
ASIS has access to a pool of interested investors who take equity
positions in international school development projects.
Business Planning:
ASIS consultants advise on and deliver fully worked through business
plans for investor partners.

teams have both in-country and UK experience. Our team has worked on
more than 50 assignments for top UK private schools and more than a

approach is to split our fees between time-based consultancy charges and

Our Staff
Principal Partner
David Boddy: Former Head of St James Senior Boys’ School, London and
Chairman of the UK Society of Heads. Author of ‘Mind Your Head- An
Emotional Intelligence Guide for School Leaders’. His latest book ‘Mind
Their Hearts – Creating schools and homes of warm heartedness” will be
published later this year, He was the press secretary for Margaret
Thatcher in the 1979 and 1983 General Election campaigns. In 1999 he
founded the Lucca Leadership Trust for young community leaders, which
now provides short courses in Italy, the United States and Australasia.
He is a member of the UK India Business Council.
Senior Consultant (University Admissions/ Head of School Finder
Service)
Suzie Oweiss: Works closely with parents as well as schools and
universities to make sure students are placed in the correct environment
so they can thrive and develop. She is tri-lingual and holds a degree in
French Literature from King’s College, University of London. Formerly
with the Good Schools Guide, Suzie has also worked as a broadcaster and
producer for the BBC World Service. She has visited and critically
analysed a large number of independent, grammar and state schools.
Senior Consultant (School Development/ Improvement, Head of Student
Preparation)
Victoria Davies Jones: Specialises in preparing students for UK
schools and Oxbridge/ university applications and advises on the
establishment of international schools. After graduating from Cambridge
University, she worked for 12 years for BBC News. Her latest book
“Boarding Schools: All you need to know” was published last year. It has
recently been translated into Chinese and Thai. Her first book about
boarding in the UK was published in 2013.
Senior Consultant (University Admissions, SI-UK)
James Harding: Develops partnerships with schools and colleges
helping students gain places at British universities (including Oxbridge
and Russell Group). His team includes British Council trained advisers
speaking 33 different languages, who assist with applications, personal
statements and visas etc. For five years James was Director of
Admissions at one of the UK’s leading independent girls’ boarding
schools. Prior to this he was an independent television producer
directing programmes for the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5.
Business Analyst
Mike Ruddock: A highly experienced chartered accountant, Mike manages
a variety of business projects for Anglo Schools. He combines his
professional expertise with the educational experience of the ASIS team,
creating live business plans for new and potential school development
opportunities. Mike set up and ran his own successful practice for ten
years, which specialised in supporting businesses and their owners. It
achieved the “ACCA Quality Checked Award” for client service and
applying best practice standards.
Development Manager
Nathan Gaydhani: Responsible for branding, design and marketing
consultancy as well as all computer/web-based services. He has developed
websites and promotional materials for a wide range of leading British
Schools, associations and international organisations.

Rajeev Tandon: Formerly the Head of Strategy for the leading Indian
company, the Hero Group. Rajeev focuses on the development of business
opportunities, programme management and the creation of business plans
