The experience balances college list creation and visits, including international campuses, with college essay content planning, interview preparation, and financial support options. I guide clients starting with the initial comprehensive consultation and continue through all stages of the vision including the merit and financial aid application processes. We discuss a vision for potential summer experiences and future career paths through guided research about college majors/minors/certificates using sensitive interactions and college knowledge. I specialize in matching a college admission strategic admission priority with offering how students can articulate why it matters if they are chosen in a compelling and authentic application. Energetic discussions about multiple essay topics identify the particular strengths for a student to highlight as the student drafts a personal statement and other necessary essays. In addition, I use my training as a Language Arts specialist respect learning differences and I also am certified to administer the Highlands Ability Battery aptitude test, as needed.
